Where do the venues come from?
From OpenStreetMap, via the Overpass API, filtered to water parks, public baths, hot springs, saunas, spas and lidos. The import runs weekly and updates existing entries rather than duplicating them. Editors then add descriptions, photographs and corrections, and those survive the next import.
Why does a venue page say a fact is not known?
Because nobody has recorded it. OpenStreetMap does not require opening hours, prices or water temperatures, and most entries carry only some of them. An untagged facility is shown as unknown rather than as absent — saying a venue has no sauna because nobody tagged one would be a claim we cannot support.
Are the prices reliable?
A price is shown as a number only where the source states a single unambiguous amount. Anything else — a range, a tariff with several tickets, a time-limited package — is shown with the operator's conditions beside the amount, in the operator's own words and language, as on the operator's page. Prices change and the operator's own site is always the authority; every venue page links to it. A price not re-checked for six months is no longer shown.
How are the ratings calculated?
As the mean of approved visitor reviews, and nothing else. A venue with no approved reviews has no rating and none is estimated. Every review is read by a person before it appears.
Can I book through the site?
No. There is no booking, no payment and no commission. Each venue page links to the operator's own site, which is where a ticket is bought.
