Glenwood Hot Springs Resort in Glenwood Springs, Colorado has drawn visitors to its mineral waters since 1888 and is home to the world's largest hot springs pool. Set on the Colorado River between Aspen and Vail, it is framed by the Rocky Mountains.
Mineral water & temperature
The pools are fed by the Yampah Spring, which produces over 3.5 million gallons of geothermal mineral water per day, emerging at about 122°F (50°C). The water is cooled to roughly 90-93°F (about 33-34°C) for the enormous Grand Pool and to 104°F (40°C) for the smaller Therapy Pool.
