One mailbox for everything: corrections, venue listings, privacy questions and anything else about ThermGuide.
Written by a person and answered by a person, usually within a few working days.
A fact is wrong or out of date
Name the venue and what is wrong — opening hours, water temperature, a price, a closure. A link to the operator's page that says otherwise helps us fix it the same day.
You run a venue
Operators can claim their page and edit its texts, details, prices and photos themselves. Listing is free, and nobody can pay for a better place in the catalogue.
Your data
Access, correction, deletion or anything else about personal data: write to the same address and say which account it concerns.
