Corconte
A Spanish balneario is usually a spa hotel built around a mineral spring, and many sell day sessions of their thermal circuit — pools, jets and steam — to visitors who are not staying.
Galicia has the hottest water: sulphurous springs at Lugo, where it rises at about 44 °C beside the Roman baths, and at Cuntis, and open-air thermal pools at Outariz in Ourense. In Andalusia, Lanjarón has six mineral springs and Graena near Guadix water declared of public utility; Catalonia has La Garriga and Vallfogona de Riucorb, and Corconte, on the Ebro reservoir at the edge of Cantabria, opens only in season.
