Bešeňová

GINO Paradise Bešeňová is a large year-round thermal water park and wellness resort set in the heart of the Liptov region of northern Slovakia. It combines family water attractions with adult-oriented wellness and three on-site hotels.

Thermal water & pools

The resort is built around naturally warm thermal water. Altogether it offers 18 pools and 6 water slides and flumes of various sizes. Pool water temperatures range from 22 °C to 36 °C depending on the type of pool, with the thermal pools kept at the highest temperatures.

Water slides & summer attractions

Guests can ride both year-round and seasonal summer water slides and flumes. In summer the park adds further outdoor attractions, and a new FUN PARK is being introduced for summer 2026.

Harmónia Wellness & Spa, saunas and steam

The Harmónia Wellness & Spa centre features more than 50 steam, water and massage baths, with an emphasis on hydrotherapy, aromatherapy and music therapy.

Dry saunas including the Sauna Temple (described as the most modern dry sauna in Slovakia, 80–100 °C), the Chopok Sauna with mountain views, the Nordic Banya, and modular saunas (Salatín, Ďumbier, Choč, Poludnica)
Steam saunas including the Sunrise Sauna with salt inhalation (45–50 °C), a menthol inhalation steam sauna (45–55 °C) and the cinnamon-scented Roman Bath
Cooling and relaxation features: an ice pool (9–12 °C), outdoor whirlpools (34–36 °C), the Cave of Bešeňová with waterfalls and limestone formations, a Tepidarium (30–35 °C) and a Kneipp water path (alternating 15 °C and 35 °C)
Daily sauna rituals with aromatherapy, body peelings and whisking, plus periodic overnight Nights of Sauna Rituals

Family & kids

The park is designed for the whole family, with family swimming fun, an amusement tent, school-trip packages and the new FUN PARK opening in summer 2026.

Accommodation

Three hotels operate directly at the resort: the four-star Hotel Galeria Thermal Bešeňová, the three-star Hotel Bešeňová and the four-star Hotel Akvamarín Bešeňová.

Dining

Several bars and restaurants operate year-round, including a Bistro, Cosmopolitan Bar, Relax Bar, Butterfly Bar, the Culinaria restaurant and a Wellness Bar. In summer these are joined by Giovanni, a Grill Bar and a Lángos & Chimney Cakes stand. The resort uses returnable cups to reduce plastic waste.

Setting

The resort lies in the village of Bešeňová in the Liptov region of northern Slovakia, surrounded by mountain scenery and open every day from 9 AM to 8 PM.
