About
Termy Cieplickie is a thermal bath in the Cieplice district of Jelenia Góra, in Lower Silesia, set inside the spa park of one of the oldest bathing towns in Poland. It is a municipal complex combining a sports pool, a recreation pool, children's pools and a wellness section.
The water
The water is drawn from 2,000 metres below the surface. Across the pools it runs between 27 and 36 °C, and depths range from 0.4 to 1.6 metres.
Pools
The complex holds 1,155 m² of water. The sports pool is divided into swimming lanes; the recreation pool carries attractions including a water swing and hydromassage stations; and separate shallow basins serve toddlers. Indoor tube slides and a three-lane family slide run into their own landing pool. A seasonal outdoor pool operates in summer.
Wellness
The wellness area gathers jacuzzis, a snow grotto, saunas and massage cabins.

The main building is open daily from 08:00 to 22:00 and the seasonal outdoor pool from 09:00 to 20:00; the venue also lists an extended day from 06:00 to 23:00. The building has step-free access. It stands in the Park Zdrojowy in Jelenia Góra.
