Osada Śnieżka

Osada Śnieżka is a resort village at ul. Spacerowa 8-45, 58-508 Łomnica, in the Karkonosze foothills near Karpacz and Jelenia Góra, run by OSADA ŚNIEŻKA OPERATOR Sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000502497). The bathing part is not a closed hotel wellness area: alongside the descriptions of the pool zone the operator publishes a "Cennik dla gości z zewnątrz" — a price list for visitors from outside — as a downloadable PDF, so day guests are admitted. That PDF is a scanned image and its rates could not be read as text here, so no admission figures are quoted below.

The water is ordinary heated pool water. The operator makes no thermal, mineral or brine claim anywhere on the pool, sauna or summer-pool pages: there is no mention of a borehole, a spring, a source temperature or mineralisation, and the only warm-water references are to heated paddling pools. (The site does list Termy Cieplickie, the thermal baths in Jelenia Góra-Cieplice, but only in its list of regional attractions to visit — it is not this venue's water.)

The indoor pool hall holds a recreation pool measuring 17 by 8 metres and 130 cm deep, described as suited both to swimming lengths and to resting in the water, four jacuzzi tubs, back-massage stations and water-massage loungers, with sun loungers set out around the pool. A separate children's area next to the main pool has a paddling pool and a water slide, and animation sessions and water games for children run across the whole pool zone. The sauna area is enumerated as a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, a steam bath, a snow grotto for the hot-cold contrast after sauna, and a salt graduation tower. The operator states that the sauna area is open to children, but after 20:30 at weekends it is reserved for adults only. A separate Boutique SPA No.7 with treatments sits in the apartment part of the complex and needs booking in advance, and a private chill-out zone called Woodhill has its own sauna and hot tub. In the summer season, given as June to September, the outdoor wellness zone opens: a large outdoor recreation pool used for animations, two heated paddling pools, a sandy beach and an outdoor playground.

Published opening hours are per zone. The indoor pool runs Sunday to Thursday 10:00-20:00 and Friday to Saturday 10:00-22:00, with the 20:30-22:00 slot for adults only. The sauna zone runs Sunday to Thursday 16:00-20:00, Friday 16:00-22:00 and Saturday 12:00-22:00, with the same adults-only late slot. Boutique SPA No.7 runs Monday to Friday 15:00-21:00, Saturday 09:00-21:00 and Sunday 09:00-15:00. Parking is charged separately at 30 zł per day per car. The resort also runs a hypermedia amusement park, QUERION, and other non-water attractions on its 7 ha grounds, and resident guests are given unlimited access to the pool zone as part of their stay packages.
