Nosztalgia fürdő

Nosztalgia fürdő (Nosztalgia Strand) is an outdoor bathing area of the Saliris Thermal and Spa complex in Egerszalók, Hungary, at Forrás utca 2, built around a 1970s-80s retro theme. The operator calls it an exclusive setting with three medicinal-water pools (három gyógyvizes medence). A government decree on the site confirms a therapeutic pool (gyógymedence) with water above 35 degrees Celsius, plus a massage pool or jacuzzi (masszázsmedence, pezsgőfürdő); children under 14 are barred from the hot pool and under 6 from the massage pool. Day tickets include a single entry and cover sauna use. A gastro hut called Grill box serves classic grilled dishes. The wider Saliris complex draws on a calcium-magnesium-hydrogen-carbonate mineral water with notable sulfur content, officially registered as medicinal water (hivatalos gyógyvíz); the operator credits the calcium with anti-inflammatory effects and the sulfur as a joint-cartilage component. Opening hours are Sunday-Thursday 9:30-23:00 (pools close 22:30) and Friday-Saturday 9:30-01:00 (pools close 00:30). A full-day adult ticket costs 2,400 forints, a senior ticket 2,000 forints, with a 12-visit pass at 26,700 forints.
