Wellness Hof Hahn

Wellness Hof Hahn is run by Hof Hahn GmbH at Europaring, 50170 Kerpen-Sindorf, reached from the A4 at the Kerpen exit. The operator presents it as a sauna and bathing landscape in the open air at the gates of Cologne, on the grounds of a former manor farm, covering 25,000 square metres. Bathing is naturist throughout, including the pools. A hotel and a restaurant sit on the same site, and the sauna and bathing landscape is also open to day visitors.

Most of the water is plain heated pool water, but one basin is not. There are two large heated outdoor pools with counter-current units (one closed from October to April), a whirlpool, massage baths, a Kneipp basin and cascade showers, and an ice fountain for cooling during infusions. The operator describes the separate brine bath as natural thermal brine drawn from deep underground, at a water temperature of about 37 °C, and headlines it with 325 kilograms of minerals — a quantity rather than a concentration; it publishes no well depth, no spring name and no mineralisation figure per litre.

The sweat rooms are the Vulkansauna at 80 °C with room for up to 40 guests and part of the infusion programme, the Felsensauna at 85 °C, the dry Kristallsauna at 80 °C, the Meditationssauna at 70 °C overlooking the sauna garden, the Farblichtsauna at 60 °C, two eucalyptus rooms (Eukabad) at 65 °C, the outdoor one open 10:00 to 21:00, and a Dampfbad at 45 °C. Rest meadows, quiet zones and an infusion ceremony schedule complete the sauna side; massages and cosmetics are booked in the Beauty-Haus.

Opening hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00–23:00, Friday and Saturday 9:00–24:00 and Sunday 9:00–21:00, with regular bathing ending half an hour before closing and the kitchen closing an hour before bathing ends; the house is closed on 1 January, 24, 25 and 31 December and open 10:00–20:00 on 26 December.
