Aquastaad

Aquastaad is the combined lake beach bath and indoor bath of Immenstaad am Bodensee, which the operator titles Strand- und Hallenbad Aquastaad. It stands directly on Lake Constance, so the outdoor part is the lake itself rather than an open-air pool complex, while the indoor hall works through the cold months.

The indoor area is listed by the operator as a swimming pool of 25 by 10 metres at 28 degrees with a lake view and underwater massage jets; a toddler area with a pirate island and an adventure rock landscape, a stream, water play equipment, a slide and a waterfall; a brine steam bath; an experience shower; an infrared cabin; and a large water play structure for jumping and playing set up on children's play afternoons. In the winter season Friday is a warm bathing day at 30 degrees. Family facilities include toilets with changing places, a playpen in the toddler area and a family changing cabin with washbasin and changing place; accessible facilities include an accessible toilet, an accessible changing cabin and wheelchair access to the lake.

Outdoors the operator lists a natural Lake Constance beach, bathing islands out on the water, a children's paddling pool with a water mushroom, a large lawn with mature shade trees, deckchair hire against a fee, a generous playground with a climbing frame, a sand play hill near the shore, two beach volleyball courts, table tennis, badminton and basketball. There is a restaurant on site, and the bath runs aqua fitness courses and swimming lessons.

Summer opening, published as 1 May to 20 September 2026, is daily with the indoor bath 08:30 to 19:00 and the beach bath 09:00 to 19:00, the outdoor area staying open until 20:00 in June, July and August; last admission is one hour before the indoor bath closes. Shorter hours were announced for 7 to 11 September, with the indoor bath 08:30 to 19:00 and the beach bath from 12:30. The whole site then closes from 21 September to 11 October 2026 for its annual overhaul and reopens on 12 October. The operator does not publish winter hours on its opening-hours page, stating only that the bath will open as usual again from 12 October; a visitor outside the summer season has to ask. Admission is sold at a card machine in the entrance area that takes 5, 10 and 20 euro notes and gives change, and also accepts cards; season tickets are sold by the staff, and Egym Wellpass and Hansefit members enter free by checking in at the desk through the app.
