Kúpalisko Patince

Kúpalisko Patince is the bathing complex of the Wellness Hotel Patince resort in the village of Patince, on the Danube in southern Slovakia. The operator divides it into an indoor Thermal park and an outdoor summer bath. The indoor part has four pools fed from the resort's own thermal spring, named Hévíz; the operator's Thermal park page puts the water at 27 °C and the spring at a depth of 200 m, and describes the water as high in bicarbonates, calcium, magnesium and sulphates, recommended for the locomotor system.

The operator's two pages disagree about the source. The Thermal park page describes a single spring rising from 200 m, while the page on the effects of the water enumerates three separate bores: one sunk in 1953 beside the thermal lakelet, a second 160 m deep but cased only to 146 m with water at 26.9 °C, and a third drilled in 1982, 170 m deep, flowing under its own pressure at 26.2 °C. No bore of 200 m is listed among them, and no total number of springs is given.

Indoors the operator lists a large recreation pool, described as the largest covered relaxation pool in Slovakia, 1.2 m deep and up to 30 °C, with massage beds, jets, spouts, a wild river and a cave; a seated pool at 36 °C; a ten-person whirlpool at 35 °C; and a children's pool with a slide at 34 °C and a depth of only 70 cm. A Roman mud bath sits outdoors by the thermal lakelet. The outdoor section adds a children's pool with a slide at 30 °C, a summer pool of more than 600 m2 with a flume and a climbing wall, a slide complex 150 m long in total holding the Anaconda, Kamikaze and Family slides, a recreation children's pool of 18 by 17 m at 27-28 °C, a sports pool of 18 by 12 m at 27 °C, and a seated relaxation pool of 18 by 16 m at 27-29 °C. A separate sauna world belongs to the wellness centre.

The season is stated inconsistently as well: the Thermal park page says the outdoor pools open daily during the summer season in July and August, while the opening-hours page keeps the large outdoor pool running in the off-season from 1 September 2026 in favourable weather. From 1 September 2026 the indoor pools open 10:00-20:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00-20:00 at weekends, the outdoor pool 10:00-19:00 daily in favourable weather, and the sauna world 16:00-20:00 Sunday to Thursday and 14:00-20:00 on Friday and Saturday. The operator publishes admission prices only as a separate price list.
