AquaCity Poprad

AquaCity Poprad is a geothermal water and wellness resort set beneath the High Tatras mountains in Poprad, Slovakia. It combines an aquapark, one of the largest wellness and spa centres in the country, on-site hotels and dining in a single complex.

Geothermal water & source

The resort is fed by thermal water drawn from roughly 1,300 metres below ground. The water contains more than 20 minerals described as beneficial to human health.

Pools & water world

The complex features 13 outdoor and indoor thermal water pools with temperatures ranging from about 28°C to 38°C, alongside water slides and more than 350 water attractions.

Sauna & wellness

The Fire & Water Wellness & Spa is described as the biggest two-storey wellness and spa centre in Slovakia. Its offering includes:

• Thai and Filipino massage and fish therapy

Hotels

Three hotels operate on site: Mountain View (4-star), Seasons (4-star) and Riverside (3-star), offering accommodation together with dining, wellness and spa treatments.

Family & kids

Facilities for families include children's water areas and a multipurpose playground with a double slide ending in a ball pit, a jumping trampoline and climbing structures. Seasonal summer programmes add concerts, dance performances, fairy-tale mascots and children's entertainment.

The resort operates several restaurants and bars, with daily menu options available to guests.
