Bio kúpalisko Levočská Dolina

Bio kupalisko Levocska Dolina is the natural bathing area of Resort Levocska Dolina, in the Levocske vrchy hills a few kilometres from Levoca, Slovakia. The area consists of three basins: a fish pond, a bathing pool and an external biology pond; water is pumped through shallow gravel zones into the external biology basin for purification, surface debris is removed by skimmers, and an aeration system maintains water condition, with regular testing by a technician and the Public Health Authority. Water temperature depends on the weather and ranges 22-26 C. The bathing pool holds 1800 cubic metres, with a children's zone up to 90 cm deep (non-slip entry) and a swimming zone up to 220 cm. The site has a buffet, changing rooms, restrooms, a sandpit with a slide and swing, and a trampoline; in summer it hosts music events with grilling. It is open only in favourable weather, daily 10:00-18:00. The same resort's main building houses a separate wellness area with an indoor pool 6 metres long and 150 cm deep at 28-30 C, with a counter-current jet, massage bench and water spout, plus a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, an ice bucket and a relaxation room, accessed on its own ticket.
