Terma Bania

Terma Bania is a large geothermal thermal-bath and water park in Bialka Tatrzanska in Poland's Podhale region, drawing on the area's geothermal waters at the foot of the High Tatras. Its attractions are available year-round and are largely weather-independent, combining family water fun with adult relaxation and wellness.

Thermal water

The venue is fed by geothermal water, which is also used in its spa treatments "which make use of the goodness of geothermal water and top quality cosmetics." The complex offers a total water surface of 2,400 m2 spread across 15 pool basins.

Pools and attractions

The water park features a wide range of attractions for all ages:

The park is organised into distinct zones, including a Fun Zone, a Relax Zone, a Sauna Zone and a seasonal Summer Zone.

Saunas and wellness

The adults-only Sauna Zone (Saunarium) spans over 1,000 m2 and offers "various types of saunas, swimming pool with cooling water, salt cave, saline pool and jacuzzi," with free sauna ceremonies held daily. Wellness is further served by the Relax Zone, which offers leisure and mountain views of the High Tatras, and by the on-site spa, Bania Fizjo & Med, built around the "sanitas per aquam" (health by water) philosophy and offering a variety of treatments plus a hairdresser.

Family and kids

The Fun Zone is designed with children in mind, described as "an area full of waterpark adventures that both kids and their parents love," making the venue suitable for families.

Dining and stay

On-site restaurants and cafe facilities are available. Accommodation is offered nearby, and the venue promotes packages in partnership with Hotel Bania.
