Aquaticum Mediterrán Élményfürdő

Aquaticum Mediterran Elmenyfurdo is an indoor water park in the Nagyerdo park area of Debrecen, part of the Aquaticum hotel and spa complex. The operator states the hall holds 15 pools. Named ones include an adventure pool at 27-29C with cave-bath sections, a current channel, massage jets and a geyser; a swimming and wave pool at 27-28C; a children's pool at 32-33C with climbing frames and slides; and a chlorine-free baby pool for ages 0-3, using a baby-safe disinfectant. Slides include two enclosed 9-metre giant slides (orange and yellow) landing in 28-30C water with timers, an open paired Kamikaze slide, two hydro slides, a family slide, and separate children's and baby slides. On site is a sauna centre with two Finnish saunas (80-85C and 90C), two steam chambers (45-50C and 35-45C), an infrared sauna (40-60C) and a chilled plunge pool. A self-service Mediterranean restaurant on the first floor serves burgers, hot dogs, gyros and pizza; there is also a free baby-and-parent rest room and an indoor play area. Per the operator's current schedule the bath opens Monday-Thursday 11:00-19:00 and Friday-Sunday 10:00-20:00, pools closing half an hour before the hall.
