Triamare is the municipal indoor and outdoor leisure pool of Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, combining a 25-metre indoor lane pool and a 50-metre outdoor lane pool with a 94-metre slide, a ten-metre diving tower and a sauna area of six cabins.

About

Triamare is the bath of the Bavarian town of Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, at Mühlbacher Straße 15, run by the Stadtwerke Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, an Eigenbetrieb of the town. The water is plain heated pool water. The operator's home, sport, leisure, wellness, price and imprint pages carry no mention of a spring, a thermal source or a brine pool; the words Therme, Thermal and Mineral do not appear at all, and the single occurrence of Sole is the Sole-Dampfbad, a brine steam cabin in the sauna area, not a bathing pool.

The indoor hall holds a sports pool at 27 °C, a fun pool at 31 °C, a children's pool at 26 °C and a whirlpool at 31 °C. The sports side is described as a “25 Meter-Bahn innen” with an adjustable pool floor, and outdoors as a “50 Meter-Bahn außen” for long-course training; the operator gives the total water area as 3300 square metres. The indoor hall also has a giant slide of 94 metres and a toddler pool with its own slide, waterfall and water mushroom, and is open all year. The outdoor section, listed separately, offers a sports pool, a diving pool and a non-swimmers' pool each at 21 °C plus a paddling pool, a diving tower with 1, 3, 5, 7.5 and 10 metre platforms, a non-swimmers' pool with a broad slide and two small slides, a children's adventure pool, a playground with a slide and water play equipment, two beach volleyball courts, a beach soccer field and table tennis tables.

The sauna and wellness landscape has an ice fountain, a roof terrace and a quiet area under a UV-permeable sun roof. Its cabins are enumerated rather than counted: a log-house infusion sauna at 90 °C, a tepidarium at 55 °C, a tecaldarium at 45 °C, a steam bath at 40 °C, a Finnish sauna at 85 °C and a brine steam bath at 40 °C, together with an experience shower with waterfall, ice fountain and tropical mist. Sauna hours run Monday 14:00–21:00, Tuesday to Thursday 09:00–21:00, Friday 14:00–21:00 and 09:00–21:00 at weekends and on public holidays, with infusions from 11:00 or 16:00 depending on the day; Tuesday is a women's sauna day outside school holidays and public holidays.

The bath itself is open daily from 9:00 to 21:00, last admission 20:00. Published admission, marked “Stand 07/2015”, is seasonal: from October to April adults pay 6.00 € for up to one hour, 7.00 € for two, 9.00 € for four and 11.00 € for a day ticket; from May to September the day ticket is 9.00 €. Sauna including the bath costs adults 12.00 € for two hours, 14.00 € for four and 16.00 € for the day. Children under six enter free, and 6- to 17-year-olds enter free on their birthday. The operator publishes no opening year.
