Neufun

Neufun is an indoor leisure pool and sauna complex operated as part of the Freizeitpark Neufahrn in Neufahrn bei Freising. The water side has four pools: a 25-meter sport pool at 28 degrees Celsius, 1.35 to 2.30 meters deep and underwater-lit; a teaching pool at 32 degrees reached by a 44-meter slide, 80 to 130 centimeters deep; a baby pool for children up to five years old at 33 degrees with a small slide and a maximum depth of 30 centimeters; and an outdoor warm pool, also at 33 degrees, with a water mushroom feature and massage jets, usable year-round. On Saturday afternoons the operator sets up an Aqua Parcours obstacle course in the pool. The separate Sauna-Oase covers close to 1,500 square meters and holds five saunas: a Panorama Sauna and a Blocksauna both at 90 degrees, a Kolldarium light sauna at 65 degrees, and two Finnish saunas at 75 and 85 degrees, plus an Irish-Roman style steam bath at 45 degrees with full humidity. Cooling-down facilities include a round plunge pool, seven adjustable showers, cold showers and Kneipp hoses. From May to September an outdoor Kneipp treading pool is also open daily. A bistro on site serves food and drinks.
