HallenFreizeitBad Bornheim is run by Stadtbetrieb Bornheim at Rilkestraße 3 and combines an indoor hall, an outdoor pool and a sauna area, each sold and opened separately. In the hall the swimmers' section is a Variobecken for lane swimming at a water depth of 1.80 m, reserved for swimmers; a water slide is available throughout opening hours. A diving tower of 1 to 3 m can be used under supervision on Saturdays and Sundays from 17:00 to 18:30, and is kept closed at peak occupancy for safety reasons. Lockers require a 1 or 2 euro coin.

The outdoor section has a Bewegungsbecken with a water depth of 1.00 m to 1.30 m, a lawn shaded by oak trees, a (beach) volleyball court with balls available on loan, a bistro terrace run by an external operator, and lounger hire at 3.00 euro plus a 5.00 euro deposit. The operator publishes a "Wassertemperatur" heading for this pool but leaves the value blank, so no outdoor water temperature is stated. The outdoor pool stays closed in poor weather.

The sauna area is enumerated rather than totalled: a Dampfbad at around 45 °C with humidity close to 100 percent, an Erdsauna described as having a cave atmosphere, a Kelosauna with infusions of varying intensity and a covered terrace, and a Loftsauna in which bathers sit on a gallery around a central stove. A plunge pool (Tauchbecken) and experience showers serve for cooling, cold or warm to taste. The water is ordinary heated pool water; the operator describes neither brine nor thermal water anywhere on the site.

Hours: indoor hall Monday to Friday 15:00–21:00 and Saturday and Sunday 12:00–19:00, with early swimming Wednesday to Friday 6:30–8:00; outdoor pool Monday to Friday 15:00–20:00, weekends 12:00–19:00; sauna Tuesday to Friday 10:00–21:30 and weekends 12:00–19:00, with Monday a rest day and Thursday a ladies-only sauna day. Bathing ends 30 minutes before closing. Admission since 1 January 2025: swimming day ticket 7.50 euro (7.50/5.20 reduced), a two-hour tariff at 5.70 euro and early or late swimming at 3.90 euro; sauna four-hour tariff 20.90 euro and day ticket 24.80 euro Tuesday to Friday, rising to 22.30 and 26.30 euro at weekends and on public holidays.
