Termálne kúpalisko Pažiť

Termálne kúpalisko Pažiť is a seasonal open-air thermal bathing complex in Bánovce nad Bebravou, Slovakia, reopening each June and closing for winter. Its water comes from a thermal borehole measured at 43°C, cooled to 29–30°C before filling the pools. The complex has three outdoor pools: a children's pool 19 by 6 metres, water 32–34°C, depth 20–50 centimetres, with a small slide; a leisure pool and a swimming pool, each 22 by 50 metres, depth 60–175 centimetres, water 28–30°C, the swimming pool also used for water polo and swimming competitions. Slides include a 60-metre toboggan and three 16-metre lane slides, included in the admission price. Capacity is up to 1,700 visitors at once. The grounds also have food stands serving langoš, fries, potato pancakes, fried cheese and chicken schnitzel, a trdelník stand, refreshment stalls, terrace seating, sun-lounger rental, a sand play area, swings, slides and a trampoline for children, and a beach volleyball court. Pool water is continuously filtered, and pool floors and surrounding areas are disinfected daily under hygiene-authority checks. No sauna or indoor hall is mentioned on the site.
