Városi strandfürdő és fedett uszoda

Zalaegerszegi Sport- es Tanuszoda is a municipal swimming and bathing complex in Zalaegerszeg, western Hungary, at Martirok utja 78, run by Zalaegerszegi Letesitmenyfenntarto Kft. Opened in spring 2022, the indoor building holds a 50x25 m ten-lane competition pool at 26-28C and 2.0-2.1 m deep, an oval 34-36C whirlpool, and a 10x16 m teaching pool at 30-32C. A separate sauna world offers two Finnish saunas at 80-90C, an infrared sauna at 40-45C, a steam cabin at 40-45C and a small 15-20C cold plunge pool; the sauna world runs on its own daily schedule, separate from the pools. Outside, the L-shaped building frames a renovated open-air area with a 25x16 m six-lane outdoor pool at 25-27C and a round baby and childrens splash pool at 30-33C fitted with a water-jet fish, octopus- and coral-shaped sprayers and an aqua tunnel; this outdoor Strand area operates only from 1 June to 31 August. The facility totals 1852 sq m of water surface and 3385 cu m of water volume. Other listed services include a solarium, a supervised playroom, and a SwimGym fitness room.
