The site states that the thermal water rises from a depth of 896 metres and reaches the surface at 34 °C. It naturally contains carbon dioxide and is described as having matured deep in the earth over thousands of years. AVITA describes the water as promoting well-being for skin, body, spirit and the senses.

Pools

The therme provides around 2,000 m² of water surface across 15 pools, with temperatures ranging from 28 to 36 °C. The pools listed include a relaxation pool with massage jets, neck showers and floor bubblers, an experience pool, a children's pool, a massage pool, a panoramic relaxation pool, a seasonal outdoor "Softbecken" (open April to September), a 25-metre sports pool of 320 m², and a whirlpool. A 1,200 m² Bio-Naturbadeteich (natural bathing pond) adds an outdoor bathing area.

Sauna landscape

AVITA lists a sauna landscape (Sauna Garten Eden) with 24 saunas, among them a Uhudler arbour sauna, a mine sauna (Bergwerksauna), a snow sauna, an event lake sauna (Seesauna) with infusion shows, a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, a herbal steam bath, a tepidarium and infrared cabins. A dedicated Lady's Spa provides four women-only saunas with their own rest areas.

Spa and wellness

The AVITA Premium Spa offers holistic treatments, massages, facial and body treatments, cosmetics and partner treatments, along with Platin and Deluxe spa suites. More than 2,000 m² of rest areas are provided.

Dining and accommodation

On site there is the MEDITA thermal restaurant and an AVITA shop. The therme is part of a four-star superior wellness resort with hotel accommodation.

Opening hours

The therme, Sauna Garten Eden, fitness centre and Lady's Spa are open Monday to Thursday and Sunday from 9:00 to 21:00, Friday from 9:00 to 00:30, and Saturday from 9:00 to 23:00 (bathing and sauna areas close 30 minutes earlier). The Premium Spa is open daily from 9:00 to 18:00.

Prices

Adult admission is stated as €38.00 for a day pass on weekdays (€41.00 on weekends and holidays), with afternoon, afterwork and three-hour tickets at lower rates and a sauna add-on of €16.00. Reductions apply for seniors, visitors with disabilities and groups.
