Toskana Therme Bad Orb

Toskana Therme Bad Orb is a thermal brine bath operated by Toskanaworld in Bad Orb, Germany, near the Rhine-Main region. The complex is set behind the town's Kurpark, on the edge of a forest the site associates with the youth of the Brothers Grimm, and is described as having a futuristic architectural design. It combines a salt-water bathing landscape with the signature Liquid Sound underwater-music experience, a sauna world, wellness and spa treatments, an on-site hotel and a restaurant.

Thermal brine water

The bath uses salt-containing, slightly basic ("salthaltig, leicht basisch") brine water. According to the site, the water is held at a comfortable temperature of approximately 35 °C, which the operator says helps the skin's pores open quickly. Champagne brine (Champagnersole) pools are among the bathing options offered.

Pools and bathing landscape

The bathing landscape spans roughly 3,000 square metres and contains 11 pools and whirlpools. These include five cascade brine pools fitted with massage nozzles (one of them designated for children), four whirlpools (three of which contain brine), a heated outdoor brine pool with a current channel and underwater massage loungers, an additional outdoor pool in the sauna area, and the Liquid Sound temple. The Liquid Sound temple offers an underwater music experience combined with coloured lighting.

Sauna world

The facility includes a sauna world (Saunawelt) with an associated outdoor pool.

Wellness and treatments

The spa program covers massages, facial and beauty treatments, Ayurveda, deep-relaxation offerings and the operator's Liquid Bodywork treatments, along with combined wellness and bathing packages.

Facilities and access

On-site amenities include the Hotel an der Therme Bad Orb, which the site states offers direct access to the thermal baths, and the Il Ristorante restaurant. The complex offers barrier-free accessibility. The operator notes that the bath has received the Hessian Tourism Prize and appears in the Sauna Guide Top 100 list.
