Saunagarten Röder-Thermen

The Saunagarten Mainaschaff is one of two houses run under the Saunagarten Röder-Thermen name by Dietmar Röder, whose Impressum gives the business address as Schallfelder Straße 34, 97447 Gerolzhofen; the bathing site itself is at Johann-Dahlem-Straße 6, 63814 Mainaschaff, on the bank of the Mainparksee. The operator calls it "Ein ganzes Dorf direkt am See nur für Saunafreunde" and pairs saunas with swimming in the lake. Despite the Thermen in the company name, nothing on the operator's pages claims a spring, a well, thermal water or brine: the words Thermalwasser, Sole, Heilwasser, Mineralwasser and Quelle do not occur on the welcome, Mainaschaff, sauna, philosophy or contact pages, so the water here is plain heated pool and lake water. Salt appears only as room air, in the Saline and Salzstollen rooms, and as salt infusions.

Bathing is textile-free throughout; the Mainaschaff page states "- textilfreies Saunabaden -" directly above the facility list. That list runs: "Unsere 14 Saunen & Ruhezonen", a Schwimmbad, a whirlpool with a view, a Kneipp basin, an Erlebnisabkühlung cooling feature, foot baths, a large sun garden, rest houses, a bistro with terrace, and solaria. The sauna page enumerates the rooms individually without naming a separate total: a Finnish log cabin at about 90 °C where the salt infusions are held, an aroma sauna at about 75 °C, a salt sauna at about 80 °C whose crystals are described as mined at more than 800 m depth, a citrus steam room at about 50 °C with 100 % humidity, a hexagonal Finnish cabin at about 100 °C, an oak room with a rock-crystal tower at about 80 °C, a heated-stone room at about 60 °C wall and bench temperature with about 70 % humidity, a herbal steam sauna at about 50 °C, a classical Finnish cabin at about 90 °C fitted with a fifth bench, a Kaprun-basalt heated-seat room with salt gallery at about 60 °C wall and bench temperature, and a classical dry Finnish sauna at about 95 °C, plus three rest zones: a hay-flower quiet area, a sunny Ruhehaus and a Ruhestadl.

Admission is open to the general public: the house and bathing rules state "Der Besuch der Saunaanlage steht grundsätzlich jeder Person frei", and the site sells single admissions, gift vouchers and a points card usable for sauna entry and the solarium. Birthdays are charged at half the admission price on presentation of an ID. Opening hours and the price list are published on the Mainaschaff page only as images and are not present as text, and the rules add that they are announced by notice or can be inspected at the cash desk; the sauna area must be left 15 minutes before closing. The massage department is reachable daily from 12:00 to 15:00. The operator's own history is inconsistent on its own page: the philosophy text says "Unsere Wurzeln reichen zurück ins Jahr 1990. Damals eröffneten wir unsere erste Sauna in Gerolzhofen", while the same page dates the mascot to "seit dem Bau der ersten Sauna 1989"; both refer to the company's first sauna in Gerolzhofen, not to the Mainaschaff site, whose own opening year is not published.
