Lagune Cottbus

The Lagune Cottbus, run by Lagune Cottbus GmbH at Sielower Landstraße 19, calls itself an Aktivbad and splits into a covered bathing landscape, an open-air area and a sauna world. The water is plain heated water: neither the pool pages, the sauna pages nor the price page mention thermal water, a spring, brine or any mineral content.

In the indoor fun bath the operator lists bubble loungers, massage jets and a wild-water channel, and a wave pool producing waves 70 cm high. Two slides run from the tower: the Black Hole turbo slide, described as 75 metres of sliding, and a giant slide of 110 metres. A whirlpool, a separate children's pool and a children's slide complete the set, and a restaurant with an underwater viewing theme sits beside the hall. The sport side is a 50-metre sport and leisure pool that can be divided into two 25-metre pools, with a diving facility offering one-metre and three-metre boards and a five-metre tower. Health courses are run at times in the wave and fun pools.

The sauna world covers 3,000 square metres and holds, in the operator's words, four saunas, a steam bath and a fireplace room: two separate saunas with the steam bath in the main house indoors (778 square metres) and two more with the fireplace room in a detached outer house (242 square metres). The sauna garden is 2,000 square metres and includes a summer terrace and 58 square metres of water, with three outdoor pools comprising a whirlpool, a cold plunge and a small swimming pool; two Kneipp treading pools are also provided. Infusions are offered hourly and the house runs themed sauna nights and a regular Sauna-Freitag. The operator names a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna and a steam bath among the cabins but publishes no cabin temperatures.

The open-air area runs from May to September, weather permitting, and adds a current channel, whirl loungers, broad spouts, a multi-purpose pool, a children's paddling pool, a beach area with Baltic sand and a beach bar, beach volleyball, a climbing pyramid, a playground, a jumping hill, a jump area and a water pillow. Bathing-landscape hours are 09:00 to 21:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 06:00 to 21:00 on Tuesday and Thursday for early swimming, and 10:00 to 20:00 at weekends and on holidays; the sauna opens 14:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and 10:00 to 20:00 at weekends. The open-air area runs 09:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 20:00 at weekends. The 2026 tariff is 17 euro for an adult day ticket, 12 euro reduced, 12 euro for a four-hour leisure tariff and 7 euro for a two-hour sport tariff, plus 8 euro sauna surcharge per day and a 1 euro weekend and holiday surcharge; a family ticket is 39 euro. Children up to three enter free. No opening year is published on the site.
