Thermes d'Eugénie les Bains

The Thermes d'Eugénie-les-Bains sit in the heart of the Landes and belong to the Chaîne Thermale du Soleil. The establishment draws on a thermal deposit whose naturally mineral waters are captured on-site at a depth of about one hundred metres, giving it a notably varied range of waters used in its medical cures.

Thermal waters

Two principal sources feed the establishment. The Christine-Marie source is sulphurous and calcic-and-magnesium sulphated, captured at a temperature of 42°C, and is particularly suited to the treatment of rheumatism and arthritis. The second source, Aqua Imperatrice, is sodium sulphated and bicarbonated; it is a cold source dispensed essentially as a drinking cure and is beneficial for digestive and urinary conditions.

Medical indications

The station specialises in rheumatism, chronic conditions of the digestive and urinary tracts, and metabolic and nutritional disorders. It offers 18-day conventional cures under the orientations of Rheumatology, Urinary System affections and Metabolic diseases, whose benefits are recognised by the health authorities.

Facilities

The treatment installations use up-to-date technology, and guests have free access to a Fitness Space, with hot or cold infusions served beside a large fireplace.
