StuBay
StuBay is a year-round leisure bath and sauna centre at Telfes in the Stubai valley in Tyrol, with an indoor hall of four pools and two slides, a summer outdoor area with a brine pool and a triple wide slide, and a sauna world with indoor and outdoor cabins.
About
StuBay is run by StuBay Freizeitcenter GmbH at Landesstraße 1 in 6165 Telfes, in the Stubai valley in Tyrol. The operator divides the site into a Badeparadies (bathing area), a Saunaparadies, a restaurant, a fitness studio and an adjoining freestyle hall; the bathing and sauna parts are the water offer proper.
The indoor area is listed as a 25-metre sports pool, an experience pool with a current channel, a children's pool, a whirlpool and two adventure slides. No overall pool total is published. The outdoor area, which the operator describes as the summer attraction, is listed as a combined sports and experience pool, a children's pool, a triple wide slide and a brine pool, together with a large lawn for sunbathing, a playground, a beach volleyball court and a football pitch. The outdoor section is seasonal: at the time of reading the page states that it is expected to reopen around the end of May 2026, so the indoor hall and the sauna carry the operation over the rest of the year.
The sauna world is likewise split into an indoor and an outdoor part. Indoors the operator lists a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a herbal sauna, a Kneipp walkway, a cold plunge basin and experience showers. Outdoors it lists a panorama infusion sauna, a salt grotto, a sauna garden with a sunbathing lawn and an outdoor pool. Again no total number of cabins is given. The operator states that the saunas are textile-free and that bathing shoes should be used for hygiene reasons, and that admission to the sauna is from the age of 16. Sauna tariffs also include use of the Badeparadies.
The operator publishes no water analysis, no source temperature and no well data, and makes no claim of thermal or medicinal water; the brine pool in the outdoor area is the only mineral-water element named. Two catering areas serve the bath and the sauna.
Opening hours are given as daily 10:00 to 21:00 for the Badeparadies and daily 10:00 to 22:00 for the sauna, extended to 24:00 on XXL sauna nights. Published admission for the Badeparadies runs 13,70 for two hours, 18,50 for four hours and 28,10 for a day ticket for adults; children pay 8,70, 11,90 and 18,30 respectively, and youths aged 16 to 17 and seniors from 65 pay 12,50, 16,50 and 24,50. An evening tariff from 18:30 daily is 11,70 for adults. A family card covering two adults and their own children between 6 and 15 costs 36,10 for two hours and 74,50 for a day. Entry is free from 0 up to and including 5 years of age. Sauna tariffs for adults are 34,10 for four hours, 43,70 for a day and 28,60 in the evening. Discounts of ten per cent are published for groups of ten or more and for visitors with a disability of 50 per cent or more on production of a card. Note that the freestyle hall advertised on the site under Playground is operated under a separate domain, airparc.com.
