Aquatropic

Aqua Tropic is a salt-water water park in Almunecar, on the Costa Tropical of Granada, at Paseo Reina Sofia. The water side is built around a wave pool, called Piscina de Olas, a children's lake pool (Lago Infantil), a cascade lake (Lago Cascada) with a water tower feature, a jacuzzi and a splash area (Chapoteo). Slides shown in the park's own gallery include Zig-Zag, Zig-Zag con Roscos, Kamikaze, Hidrotubo, Gemelos, Black Hole, Pistas Blandas, Torbellino and Montana Tropical. Rings (roscos) needed for some slides can be rented on site. Beyond the water attractions, the park offers a restaurant called Pipote, a barbecue restaurant, an ice-cream and churro stand, a chill-out bar called Havana, a picnic area, a gift shop, changing rooms, security lockers, a medical clinic, free wifi and its own parking. Visitors can rent chairs, sunbeds, chill-out beds, Balinese beds or VIP zones next to the wave pool or the children's pool. The 2026 season is stated to run until 6 September. The site does not mention a sauna or an indoor hall, so the park operates outdoors and seasonally.
