Aquasierra

Aquasierra is a water park in Villafranca de Cordoba, in the province of Cordoba, described by the operator as the only water park in the province. It opened in 1987 and has run every summer since, covering a total surface of 47,000 square metres. The water side of the park is built around a lake pool for cooling off and a separate children's pool with water games and low-height slides. Named attractions include Lengua del Dragon, Rio Bravo Grande, Rio Bravo Chico, Pistas Blandas, Caracol Chico, Caracol Grande, Kamikaze, Black Hole, Rio Aventura and Pulpo Race, with access graded by visitor height into four bands from under 90 cm to over 140 cm. Individual and double floats can be rented for the river-style attractions, and free floats are provided at all attractions. The park also has VIP zones, float and sunbed rental, lockers, a restaurant, changing rooms and its own car park, plus a lifeguard service and a first-aid post permanently staffed by medical personnel. The site gives no indication of an indoor hall, sauna, or heated season: opening is seasonal, and by mid-September the operator's site already shows the 2026 season as finished.
