Plaza Beach Resort

Plaza Beach Resort is a hotel and wellness complex in the Solivar district of Presov, Slovakia, built around a Mediterranean-styled outdoor pool area described by the operator as inspired by Gaudi architecture, with palm trees and beach beds. The outdoor pool area, called "letne kupalisko", operates only in July and August, 09:00 to 19:00; it has children's pools at 26-28 degrees Celsius and swimming pools at 26 degrees Celsius. Separately, the resort runs a wellness section named Golden Therapy - Natural Spa, open seasonally from 1 October to 15 May, Saturday to Thursday 16:00 to 21:00 (Friday by appointment), centred on a relaxation pool and a sauna world with a Finnish sauna, a herbal steam sauna, an infrared sauna and a salt sauna for salt inhalation, plus massages. Wellness capacity is stated as 40 people, with 18 lounger spaces. The resort also includes a restaurant and hotel rooms; the pool and spa are part of the same site as the boutique hotel. Because the outdoor pool and the sauna world run in different parts of the year, a visitor should check which is open for the intended travel dates.
