About
Termas de Caldelas lies in the heart of the Minho, in the municipality of Amares between Braga and the Gerês mountains, on a site whose warm springs have been used since Roman times.
Thermal water & springs
Two natural mineral-medicinal springs, Bica Barbosa and Bica de Fora, feed the spa. The water emerges at around 33°C with a pH of 8.05 and is classified as bicarbonated, calcic and fluorinated.
