Terme di Rabbi

Terme di Rabbi is a thermal spa in Val di Rabbi, inside the Stelvio National Park in Trentino, built around a spring the operator describes as acidic and ferruginous, naturally rich in carbon dioxide, magnesium and trace elements, with a natural effervescence the site calls unique in the European context. The water is used both for medical thermal cures (respiratory, vascular and osteoarticular treatments, available through the national health service or privately, with a doctor's admission visit) and for a wellness SPA circuit. The SPA circuit runs about two hours and combines a Turkish bath with a saline oil scrub, a hay bio-sauna with infrared focus on the back and lower back, an alpine sauna, a thermal shower, and a panoramic indoor hydromassage tub, followed by an outdoor section with a panoramic sauna, a barefoot sensory path over bark and pebbles beside a small stream, a solarium, an original 19th-century tub filled with spring water for thermal contrast, and a pause to rehydrate at the old thermal spring. Access to the SPA path is by reservation only, capped at 20 people per time slot, and open from age 14 when accompanied by an adult. The site also lists massages, aesthetic treatments, outdoor activities such as forest bathing and yoga, and an adjoining Hotel Terme di Rabbi. The facility operates seasonally, open from 29 May to 19 September 2026, with cures and the SPA available Monday to Saturday and, in July and August, also on Sunday afternoons.
