Kurhessen Therme

Sauna world

The sauna world comprises nine saunas, described as: the Kräuter Sauna (suited to beginners), the Licht Sauna (with salt crystals and colour therapy), the Sauna zum heißen Stein (for experienced guests), the Orientalische Damensauna (women-only, with an infrared cabin), the Backstube (clay-walled), the Amethyst Sauna, the outdoor Lehmsauna (capacity up to 70), the lakeside Sauna am See, and the Römisches Dampfbad steam bath.
