Freizeitbad Greifensteine, run by Freizeitbad An der Silberstraße GmbH, presents itself as "das Erlebnisbad in Geyer" in the Saxon Erzgebirge. The bath side is built around a wave pool with waves every half hour, which on Mondays also hosts water gymnastics included in the admission price; a children's pool equipped for getting small guests used to water, with a mushroom fountain and water jets; and a new 25-metre heated outdoor pool, announced on the site as "Unser neues 25m Aussenbecken ist geöffnet" and open for swimming and paddling daily. Nothing on the operator's pages claims thermal, mineral or brine water: a keyword sweep across the bath, sauna, hours, prices and construction pages found no mention of Sole, Thermalwasser, Mineralwasser or a spring, so the water is plain heated water. No individual pool temperatures are published.

Three slides are listed. The Wildwasser-Rutsche is given as "Länge: 87 Meter" with "Speed: bis zu 30 km/h", a whitewater channel for the whole family; the Blackhole-Rutsche is published with the same two figures, 87 metres and up to 30 km/h, and adds two cold surprises in the dark; and the Familienbreit-Rutsche is a short wide slide at "Breite: 2,5 Meter" and "Länge: 5,5 Meter", meant to be manageable for smaller guests. The whitewater channel was covered over and insulated in a 2013 energy-efficiency project.

The sauna landscape names four cabins with temperatures. The Finnish sauna on the lower level runs at "etwa 95 °C" with hourly infusions on the half hour daily from 10.30 to 20.30; the roof sauna (Dachsauna) also runs at about 95 °C with special fruit, salt, tea and surprise infusions on the full hour from 11.00 to 21.30, closing with a garlic infusion; a steam sauna runs at 50 °C with herbal aromas that change weekly; and a Biosauna at "etwa 60 °C" with natural herbs is offered for guests who prefer lower heat or are new to saunas. The operator publishes no cabin total. Alongside the cabins are a Rasul bath, a solarium, a swinging relaxation lounger with a tanning panel, and a Vita Mare wellness department selling cosmetic treatments and massages on its own limited schedule. There is a restaurant inside the bath, paid cashlessly by wristband chip, and children's birthday packages bookable Monday to Friday outside Saxon holidays.

Outside Saxon school holidays and public holidays the bath opens Monday to Thursday and Sunday 10.00 to 20.00 and Friday and Saturday 10.00 to 22.00, extending to 22.00 on the day before a Saxon public holiday; during holidays it opens Monday to Sunday 10.00 to 22.00. The sauna opens Monday to Sunday 10.00 to 22.00 year-round, with a Sauna-Spezial every Monday outside holidays adding free water gymnastics, a free drink and thirty extra minutes at no charge.

The two operator pages contradict each other on admission. The prices page lists an adult 3-hour ticket at € 16.00, 4.5 hours at € 19.00 and a day ticket at € 22.00, with children aged 4 to 16 at € 13.50 / € 16.00 / € 18.50 and a family tariff from € 40.00; the children's-birthday block on the Erlebnisbad page instead states adults "4.5 Std. Bad 13,50 €" and a day ticket of 16,00 €, with children up to 16 at 12,00 € and 14,50 €, plus a one-off sauna surcharge of 4,00 € per person including a free drink. The lower set appears to be an older or group-specific tariff; the operator does not say which applies, so both are recorded here. Neither site publishes an opening year, and the construction page lists only modernisation projects between 2010 and 2024, including two combined heat and power units, not a closure.
