About

The crucenia thermen is the thermal bath of Bad Kreuznach, in Rhineland-Palatinate, run by the town's utility. Bad Kreuznach is a brine and radon spa town, and the bath sits in the spa quarter beside the Kurhaus.

The water

Thermal water fills two indoor pools and one outdoor pool, all held at about 33 °C, with a water massage lounger among the fittings. A separate freshwater pool is kept a little cooler, at about 30 °C, for longer swims. Iron is the dominant constituent of the analysis we hold.

Facilities

There is a rest room and an infrared cabin, the latter charged separately at 5.00 EUR for 25 minutes. The building is certified for accessibility and has step-free access.

Visiting

The bath is open daily from 08:00 to 21:00. A day ticket is 17.50 EUR for adults and young people of 16 and over, and 10.00 EUR for children aged 3 to 15; under-threes enter free, as does anyone visiting on their birthday with identification. The bath is at Kurhausstraße 26.
