About
Aquapark Laguna is a year-round indoor and outdoor bathing complex at Mladeznicka 1096 in Trebic, in the Vysocina Region of the Czech Republic, operated by the company Yashica s.r.o. It combines a leisure-water zone, a competition swimming pool, a heated outdoor pool and a large textile-free wellness area on two levels. Admission works on a chip system, with occupancy of each zone published live on the operator's site; the same operator also runs the seasonal Koupaliste Polanka elsewhere in the town.
The fun-water zone is built around a single irregularly shaped pool of almost 200 m2 and 120 cm deep. Its attractions include a wild river, a rocking cradle, water spouts, massage and whirlpool beds, two whirlpool tubs and an underwater cave with an aquarium; heated benches run along the gallery around the pool. The swimming hall holds a conventional eight-lane 25 m pool 1.2 to 1.8 m deep, intended for recreational and fitness swimming, with a separate children's pool 0.6 to 0.8 m deep and a warming cabin. Lanes can be hired by groups, and on weekday mornings the swimming pool is given over to the swimming school and closed to the public. A heated outdoor pool operates through the winter but is shut in bad weather and whenever the air temperature falls below minus four degrees.
The wellness zone is textile-free, with a maximum simultaneous capacity of one hundred, and is divided between an upper and a lower floor. The upper wellness holds a Finnish sauna for twenty at 90 to 100 degrees, a Finnish herbal sauna for nine at 60 to 70 degrees, a steam bath for eight at 45 to 50 degrees, a Finnish farmhouse sauna with scented essences for nine at 80 to 90 degrees, a Finnish herbal bath for six at 50 to 55 degrees, a cooling bucket, a cooling plunge pool, a tropical rain shower and an outdoor terrace. The lower wellness centres on a large ceremonial Finnish sauna for forty at 90 to 100 degrees with an ice fountain, water massage, a Kneipp walkway, warming benches, quiet rest areas and a second outdoor terrace. Sauna ceremonies are held in the large sauna on four evenings a week from 17:30, included in normal admission, and a bar with seating serves the wellness floor on the same chip account.
Ancillary services include private spa hire, toddler swimming, water fitness classes for adults and seniors, two massage rooms, two solaria and a beach volleyball court. The water is ordinary treated municipal supply, warmed for leisure use: the operator's pages contain no occurrence of the words termalni, lecivy, mineralni or pramen anywhere, and the site describes itself throughout simply as an aquapark and a wellness rather than as a spa or thermal bath. Opening hours have been reduced since 1 September 2026, with swimming and the aquapark starting at 13:00 on weekdays after a short early-morning swimming session, and the wellness opening at 14:00 daily.
