Městský plavecký areál Hořovice

The site at Klostermannova 1253 in Hořovice is signed by the operator as Městský plavecký areál and is run by Městské sportovní centrum Hořovice, a příspěvková organizace of the town. It has two halves that open in different seasons: a covered swimming hall used all year and an outdoor aquapark that runs only in summer.

The indoor half is described by the operator as a covered swimming pool with a capacity of 130 people that went through a major reconstruction in 2010. It holds a five-lane 25 m pool measuring 25 by 10 metres with depths from 1.2 to 1.8 m, and a children's pool of 9 by 6 metres with depths from 0.2 m to 0.9 m. The operator gives the water at 28 °C and the air at 30 °C, and states that a steam bath forms part of the pool. Alongside the water there are massage services and a gym listed under the site's services page; a separate sauna in Hořovice is linked from the navigation but sits on its own external website and is not part of this building.

The outdoor half is the aquapark proper, with a stated maximum capacity of 900 visitors and a stated total of four pools: a children's pool with an artificial rock, a non-swimmers' pool with a swinging rope, a slide, an island and a water mushroom, a five-lane 25 m swimming pool with depth varying from 1.2 m to 1.8 m, and a small attraction pool with massage beds, water spouts and a floor air grid, together with a water slide of 86 m total length.

The aquapark's published timetable, headed as applying in favourable weather, gives 10:00 – 19:00 on every day of the week, with the note that the current opening time is posted daily on the home page and on the operator's Facebook. For the indoor hall the operator posts season-by-season notices rather than a fixed table: at the time of reading the front page carried a notice that the outdoor aquapark season had ended, a notice of indoor public opening hours from 1 September 2026, and a notice that from Monday 31 August 2026 morning swimming runs Monday to Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00. Prices are published on separate price lists for the indoor pool and for the aquapark.
