Aquopolis Torrevieja

Aquopolis Torrevieja is a water park on the northern edge of Torrevieja, on the Costa Blanca, next to the CN-332 road near the Habaneras shopping center. The operator states the park opened in 1987 and covers 60,000 square meters. It offers 15 attractions of slides and pools, arranged in themed sections: a children's area with scaled-down versions of the larger slides, moderate zones themed around Polynesia and the Amazon plus a wave pool, and a high-intensity zone with the slides Hydro Racer, Kamikaze, Speed and Black Hole. Black Hole is an enclosed slide with a 140 cm tube, 360-degree curves and a length of 110 meters, with a minimum rider height of 90 cm. For younger children there is Charmed Lake, a themed area for ages 0 to 8 with a castle entrance, a dragon figure and soft, shallow mini-slides. The park has three restaurants plus kiosks, a shop, lockers, safety deposit boxes, and equipment rental. Paid VIP zones, called Platinum, Premium and Basic, offer Balinese beds away from the crowds, and there are over 600 parking spaces. The operator's pages describe no sauna, spa or wellness facilities; this is a slide-and-pool water park, not a thermal or wellness venue.
