Acua Water Park
Acua Water Park is the only water park on Fuerteventura, an open-air site of more than 25,000 m² in the resort area of Corralejo with fourteen numbered attractions including a wave pool, a pair of kamikaze slides, a dark tube and two rivers, open from late March to early November.
About
Acua Water Park occupies more than 25,000 m² in the resort area of Corralejo, in the municipality of La Oliva at the northern end of Fuerteventura; the operating company is ACUA FAMILY PARK SL, registered at Avenida Nuestra Señora del Carmen 41, 35660 Corralejo. The operator describes it as the only water park on Fuerteventura. All of it is open-air: the site publishes no sauna, no steam room and no covered hall, and keyword sweeps of the home, hours, attractions and services pages return no hit for sauna, thermal water or heated water. The water is treated pool water; the operator nowhere describes it as thermal, mineral or seawater, and publishes no water temperature.
The park map enumerates fourteen attractions by number: Río Rápido, Pistas Blandas, Kamikazes, Zig-Zag, Dark Cave, Pistas Familiares, Mini Kamikazes, Mini Pistas, Laguna Splash, Big Jacuzzis, Río Lento, Zona Infantil, Castillo saltos and Piscina de olas. The home page describes the offer as more than fourteen attractions, which sits slightly at odds with that list of exactly fourteen; both figures are the operator's own. Two lengths are published and no heights: Río Rápido is given as a single-rider float run of more than 100 metres of ramps and curves, and Río Lento as a circuit of more than 220 metres. The Pistas Blandas racer has six lanes and is described as covering more than 70 metres in under 6 seconds. The Kamikazes are two straight-line speed slides, rated by the operator as the only attraction of high difficulty; Dark Cave is an enclosed tube ridden in darkness on a float, Zig-Zag a set of colour-changing spiral slides. The wave pool runs waves in cycles and serves as a general bathing pool between them. Big Jacuzzis are offered as the rest area. Children's provision is the Zona Infantil with mini-slides and games, Laguna Splash with water jets and sheets, Mini Kamikazes and Mini Pistas Blandas, and a jump castle. Most adult slides carry a minimum height the operator prints as 1,20cm and a maximum weight of 120 kg; children's attractions carry a maximum height of 1,30cm.
The season runs from the end of March to the start of November, with an opening party on 28 March 2026 and a closing party on 8 November 2026. Hours vary by period: 27 March to 12 April daily 10:30-17:30; 13 April to 31 May 10:30-17:30 but closed Wednesdays and Thursdays; 1 June to 31 August daily 10:00-18:00; 1 September to 18 October 10:30-17:30, again closed Wednesdays and Thursdays; 19 October to 8 November daily 10:30-17:30. Water attractions stop 30 minutes before the park closes, and the operator states that the park does not change its hours for extreme weather. Published admission starts at 23,00 € per person for a one-day non-resident ticket and 33,50 € for a multi-day Water Days ticket, with a discounted resident tariff and a season pass at 125,00 €. Parking is free, sunbeds and parasols are free in limited number, and float, locker and buoyancy-vest hire is 6,00 € each against a deposit. Entry includes changing rooms, showers, rest areas, basic medical assistance and WiFi, and visitors may bring their own food and drink so long as it is not in glass. An AcuaBus shuttle connects points on the island with the park.
