Terme di Petriolo is a thermal spa set in the Basso Merse natural reserve in the municipality of Monticiano, in the province of Siena, Tuscany. Its waters rise from a spring on the bank of the Farma stream, and the site states the springs have been known since Roman and Etruscan times.
