Nautimo

Nautimo is a swimming and leisure centre in Wilhelmshaven, in Lower Saxony, Germany, at Friedenstraße 99. It is operated as a division of Stadtwerke Wilhelmshaven GmbH and has both indoor and outdoor areas, with more than 750 square metres of indoor water surface and an outdoor pool set in a large garden.

Facilities

The leisure pool includes an activity pool, whirlpool loungers, a current channel 15 metres across, a diving pool with a movable floor down to 3.50 metres for the one- and three-metre boards, a climbing wall with three routes, and two slides: a 106-metre timed tube slide and a 110-metre tyre slide. A separate sports pool, 25 metres long at 1.80 metres depth with five lanes, is reserved for early-morning lane swimming on set weekdays; a teaching pool is 1.30 metres deep, and a children's area, the Kinderwelt, has a water garden at about 32 °C.

The centre's Sauna-Paradies holds a premium seal from the German Sauna Association and has seven saunas: the Solegrotte salt grotto at 55 °C, the Sanarium at 60 °C, a Finnish sauna at 85 °C, a 45 °C steam bath, the Strandsauna event sauna at 85 °C with hourly infusions, a Kelo sauna of 800-year-old pine at 80 °C, and a Kota sauna up to 95 °C, plus wellness massages and cosmetic treatments. Motorhome parking is available, with the self-service Bad-Restaurant by the pools and the Sauna-Lounge restaurant and bar in the sauna garden.
