BadeWerk Neuharlingersiel is the thalasso centre of the North Sea spa village of Neuharlingersiel in East Frisia, at Edo-Edzards-Str. 1. It is not a slide-and-wave leisure bath but a seawater and mud-cure house, and the water is the point: the operator states that the large pool of the Meerwasser-Hallenbad is fed with real seawater from the North Sea ("wird mit echtem Meerwasser aus der Nordsee gespeist"), warmed to about 31 °C, and describes the resulting salt content as agreeably high. So this is neither plain heated water nor added brine and not thermal water either: it is genuine sea water, heated. The house divides itself into areas named after the tides - Flut (swimming), Ebbe (the sauna landscape), einsetzende Ebbe (massage and cosmetics) and einsetzende Flut (gymnastics and fitness) - alongside a Kurmittel department for prescription treatments.

The Meerwasser-Hallenbad holds a swimming pool with a swimmers' and a non-swimmers' section, cascade jets and a "Schwimm-Autobahn" lane, measuring 25 by 12.5 metres at a water temperature of 31 °C; a baby pool of 4 by 3 metres at 33 °C; steam baths at 45 °C; a quiet area with loungers; solariums; and a bistro. The operator publishes no total water area and no count of pools beyond these.

The sauna landscape is textile-free and themed on the fishing village and the tidal flats. The operator lists seven cabins and steam rooms by name: the Koggen-Sauna in a historic setting, the Strandhallen-Sauna, the Deich-Sauna (an earth sauna built into a dyke), the Kutter-Dampfer, the Hafen-Sauna, the Salzkajuete and the Nebelbank, described as the gentle steam bath. Infusions are held in the Strandhallen-Sauna, which the site puts at about 90 °C; no temperature is published for the other cabins. Cooling is by an Ostfriesen-Dusche. The house's signature treatment is the Schlick-Dampfer, an East Frisian ceremony in which the guest coats the body in Neuharlingersiel mud, which liquefies under steam and works as a peeling before being showered off with "ostfriesischem Regen"; it is bookable independently of a sauna visit. The same mud is sold as a product, the "Original Neuharlingersieler Naturschlick", in 500-gram jars. Women have the sauna landscape to themselves every Wednesday from 10:00 to 16:00, and a midnight sauna runs until 24:00 on the third Friday of each month, with the seawater pool open for naturist swimming from 20:30 to 24:00 on those nights.

Opening hours differ by area. The seawater pool has free swimming Monday 12:00-18:00, Tuesday 11:00-18:00, Wednesday and Thursday 12:00-18:00, Friday 18:00-20:30, and Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 10:00-18:00, with adults-only early swimming 08:00-09:30 on Tuesday and Friday, evening swimming 19:00-20:30 on Tuesday and swimming gymnastics 08:00-09:30 on Thursday. The sauna landscape opens Monday, Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday 10:00-21:00, Wednesday 10:00-16:00 for women and 16:00-21:00 mixed, and Sunday and holidays 10:00-18:00. The wellness area runs 09:00-20:00 on weekdays and 10:00-18:00 at weekends, the Kurmittel department 08:00-18:00 on weekdays and closed at weekends, and the fitness area is closed Saturdays and Sundays. The site carries a notice that the Flut area with the seawater pool is closed from 23 November to 10 December 2026 for maintenance, with the sauna, wellness, fitness and Kurmittel areas staying open and swimming-pool guests offered the Cliner Quelle in Carolinensiel-Harlesiel instead; the pool reopens on Friday 11 December 2026. The operator publishes no opening year and no admission prices on the pages read.
