Müritz Therme

MueritzTherme is an indoor swimming and sauna complex in Roebel/Mueritz, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, which the operator itself describes as a Sport- und Spassbad rather than a thermal spa. The pool area has a competition pool, a 57-metre water slide, a current channel, bubble loungers, massage jets, a whirlpool and a separate children's pool. Swimming lessons, rehabilitation sport courses under medical prescription, baby swimming and animated children's birthday programmes run alongside general bathing. The sauna area, the Saunalandschaft, has four sauna cabins at different temperatures plus an infrared cabin: a 95-degree and an 85-degree hot sauna, a 75-degree salt sauna, and a 55-degree Sanarium, together with two relaxation zones, an outdoor sauna yard and a sauna bar serving salt and frozen fruit during Aufguss sessions. Wellness oases upstairs can be rented for privacy, and a menu of massages and body treatments is offered as an add-on. A bistro serves food and drinks. Both the pool and sauna are open daily from 9:00 until 21:00, and there is also a gym and an adjoining campsite with a lake beach.
