Altmark Oase

Altmark Oase is an indoor and seasonal outdoor bath in Stendal, Germany. The Badeland holds a competition pool with six 25-meter lanes and diving towers at 1 and 3 meters, kept at 28°C; a wave pool at 31°C with an attached wild-water channel, waterfall and massage shower, where waves run every 30 minutes; a large tube slide through which 50,000 liters of water flow daily; and a toddler pool at 32°C with a children's slide. From May to September, weather permitting, a heated outdoor pool at 28°C opens with an adjoining outdoor playground, sunbathing lawn and grill area. The Saunawelt is textile-free and includes a crystal sauna at 85-90°C, a steam bath at about 45°C with up to 100% humidity, a sanarium at 70-75°C with 40-55% humidity and colored light, and a log-cabin sauna in the sauna garden at 95-100°C, plus a whirlpool, experience showers and a solarium; Wednesdays are reserved as women-only sauna hours. The operator also lists massage services, swimming courses for babies, toddlers and children, and a gastronomy area on site.
