The bath stands in Świdwin, in the middle of the West Pomeranian voivodeship, and its water is ordinary heated pool water: the operator publishes no borehole, no outflow temperature and no mineral analysis, and the words thermal, geothermal and brine appear nowhere on its pages. The building is an indoor year-round swimming hall rather than a seasonal open-air bath.

The pool hall holds two basins. The sports basin measures 25 by 16 metres over six lanes and carries a homologation certificate from the Polish Swimming Federation for regional, national and international meets under FINA rules of 2001-2002. Beside it is a recreation pool with a 20-metre artificial river, used for teaching children and adults to swim; it is fitted with two hydromassage waterfalls and underwater massage stations, and a separate whirlpool tub sits in the hall. The water slide is an enclosed, year-round tube 105 metres long, dark inside and fitted with a sound system. There is one Finnish dry sauna, described by the operator as running between 60 and 110 degrees Celsius at 5 to 15 per cent humidity. A children's play area called Figloland, open to children up to 1.40 metres tall, takes bookings from kindergarten and primary-school groups and also has billiards and air hockey.

The pools are open Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 21:00. The sauna keeps shorter hours, 17:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and 11:00 to 21:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and Figloland opens daily from 12:00 to 20:00; the hydromassage page gives its hours as Monday to Saturday rather than Monday to Sunday. A single sauna entry costs 7.00 zloty. Admission to the pools is quoted differently on two of the operator's own pages: the front page gives the first hour at 13.00 zloty on working days and 15.00 zloty at weekends and holidays, with reduced tickets at 11.00 and 12.00 zloty, while the pool page gives the same ticket types as 21.00 and 23.00 zloty full and 16.00 and 18.00 zloty reduced. Both are headed as the general tariff for individual tickets, and the site does not say which supersedes the other.

The venue was long known as Park Wodny "Relax". By resolution of the Świdwin town council the municipal budget establishment of that name was wound up on 30 June 2025, and from 1 July 2025 a new budget unit named Miejski Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji w Świdwinie took over. The pool hall continues to trade, and the old domain wodnyrelax.pl is still the operator's address, but the site now presents the whole centre, which also runs the municipal stadium, tennis courts, an Orlik pitch complex, a skatepark and a school sports hall.
