Park Wodny w Krakowie stands at ul. Dobrego Pasterza 126 in the north of Krakow and has been in operation since 2000 under the company Park Wodny w Krakowie S.A. The operator describes the site as a comprehensive recreational and health facility comprising one of Poland's largest pool halls with attractions for children, teenagers and adults, together with the Saunarium and the outdoor Stacja Parkowa beach, the FitPark training club and the Rodzinna Siesta restaurant, and says that many millions of people have used its water attractions in more than twenty years of operation. The pool hall and the Saunarium are open every day from 08:00 to 22:00. The neighbouring four-star Hotel Swing, a complex of 148 rooms and seven conference rooms, adjoins the water park.

The pool hall is a complex of three basins and landing areas with a combined area of more than 2000 square metres. The operator lists five large slides, the Rwaca Rzeka wild river, the Teczowa Sciezka rainbow path, climbing walls, space for water sports and a children's zone with a pirate-island paddling pool and slides scaled for the youngest, while the home page advertises eight slides with a combined length of 800 metres and the outdoor beach adds four external slides including the Mamba raft slide and the Aligator. For relaxation there are water whips, hydromassage stations, loungers with hydromassage, jacuzzis filled with brine water, a water gym and swimming lanes; the home page counts eight brine jacuzzis. Water temperatures run between 29 and 32 degrees, basin by basin: 30 to 31 degrees in the children's paddling pool, 29 to 30 in the central basin with the climbing walls, 30 to 31 in the basin with the Mamba raft slide and 30 in the basin with the volleyball court, with the jacuzzi tubs at 34 to 36 degrees, a separate infant teaching basin at 34 degrees and hall air at 30 to 31 degrees.

The Saunarium occupies 400 square metres directly connected to the pool hall and is open to guests over 16 and to families. Its summary box lists ten different saunas and a cooling zone, while the body text describes nine sauna options plus a cold tub, an ice well and two relaxation zones. Named cabins include a show sauna in the Austrian-German manner where sauna masters run themed ceremonies, a bania, a herbal sauna, an extreme fire sauna, a steam sauna styled as a Roman sea bath, a salt infrared cabin and a relaxation zone with a graduation tower. The operator advertises as many as 65 sauna sessions a week.

In the summer season the outdoor Stacja Parkowa beach links the water park to the hotel and offers two sand beaches, rest zones, a water playground, a rope park and dry playgrounds with its own catering. On the first floor the FitPark club occupies more than 1000 square metres of gym, studio and training space with an OCR rig and a group-exercise room with a brine graduation tower. The water is plain heated and treated pool water with brine used in the jacuzzis and the graduation towers; nothing on the operator's pages describes a thermal or mineral source. A technological break closed the pool hall from 1 to 4 September 2026 and has ended.
