Slotssøbadet

Slotssøbadet is an indoor swimming and bathing centre in the centre of Kolding, Denmark, overlooking Koldinghus castle and the Slotssøen lake. The operator lists seven pools. The competition pool measures 25 by 21 metres, 1.8–4.5 m deep, at about 27°C, with 1-metre and 3-metre diving boards. The training pool is 25 by 12.5 metres, 1.3–1.8 m deep, at 28°C, and the practice pool for beginners and swim lessons is 12.05 by 5 metres, 0.8 m deep, also at 28°C. A warm-water pool, 12.5 by 8 metres and 1.4 m deep, is kept at 34.8°C for aqua gymnastics and baby swimming. A children's paddling pool is 0.30 m deep at 32°C, reserved for children up to 8 years, and a fun pool at 34°C, 1.1 m deep, has a bubble zone, a mushroom shower, a massage jet and a current channel. A spa pool for up to 10 people is kept at 38°C. Air temperature in the hall is 29.5°C. Extra attractions include a 55-metre water slide and a Roman steam bath. The website also names an outdoor pool, a cold-water bath, and a sauna among the facilities, alongside a seasonal Spray Park.
