Lalandia Billund

Lalandia Billund is a holiday resort in Billund, Denmark, opened in 2009. Its centrepiece is the Aquadome indoor water park, which the operator describes as the largest water park in Scandinavia.

Water park and resort

The Aquadome offers water slides, a wave pool, hot tubs and wellness facilities, and has been expanded with a Kids Area of about 1,000 square metres and a Beach Club food and drink venue. Guests can stay in holiday homes on site, offered in several types sized from four up to eight people.

Beyond the water, the resort includes the Monky Tonky Land indoor play area and the Sky Rider, along with padel courts, bowling, a skating rink, minigolf and a climbing wall. Outdoor facilities include the Tarzanbane, a 400-metre forest obstacle course, and a zip line.

Slides and pools

Named slides include the free-fall Turbo Drop, the 168-metre outdoor Wild River, the 102-metre Twister and the 84-metre Tornado. The wave pool ranges from 0 to 160 cm deep, and there is a cave pool with a tropical fish tank.

Sauna and spa

The Aquadome also has a sauna seating 80 people, an infrared sauna, an attended aromatherapy sauna session, a family spa pool at 38 °C and an indoor-outdoor spa pool. A separate Wellness centre sells massage, facial and body-wrap treatments.

Dining

The Food Court serves Asian, Italian and American dishes.
