Spa Therme Ilidža complex

The Hoteli Ilidža complex is a historic thermal-spa and hospitality resort in Ilidža, on the edge of Sarajevo, established in 1892 and described as one of the leading spa-tourism companies in Southeast Europe. The complex sits within a large spa park of some 40 hectares of high ecological quality and unspoiled nature, laced with avenues for hiking, biking and horse-drawn carriage rides, and close to Sarajevo's urban, economic and cultural centre.

Thermal water & source

The resort is built on Ilidža's natural hot springs. The water is described as sulphuric thermal at 57.5°C, rich in minerals and with proven therapeutic effects, and it feeds the complex's pools, thermal baths and spa-rehabilitation programmes.
