About
Khatt Springs (عيون خت) is a group of natural warm thermal-mineral springs set in an oasis at the foot of the Hajar Mountains near Khatt village, Ras Al Khaimah. Guests bathe in naturally mineralized hot spring water rich in minerals long valued for its therapeutic properties for the skin and for rheumatic ailments.
Warm thermal-mineral spring water
The springs deliver naturally mineralized hot water at around 40°C throughout the year. The waters feed both public bathing pools and the resort's wellness facilities.
Thermal pools & spa
The Khatt Springs Wellness & Spa spans more than 2,000 m² and offers:
- Hydrotherapy pools (around 38°C) with gentle massage jets
- Treatment rooms, hammam, serail bath and Cleopatra / hydro tubs
- Steam rooms, sauna, snail showers and warm stone beds
- Separate wellness areas for men and women
Hotel & setting
The Golden Tulip Khatt Springs Resort & Spa is a mountain and spa retreat overlooking a green valley in the Arabian countryside, with roughly 125-130 guest rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, and the La Palmeraie restaurant. It is one of the few hotels in the region built around its own natural hot springs.
