Aqua Mundo

Aqua Mundo Port Zélande is the covered water world of the Center Parcs holiday park Domaine Port Zélande, which the operator locates as "Nederland, Zuid-Holland, Ouddorp", at Port Zélande 2, 3253 MG Ouddorp on the eastern side of the Brouwersdam between Goeree-Overflakkee and Schouwen-Duiveland. The park was opened on 5 May 1990 by developer Rene Coltof as a Gran Dorado resort, and a subtropical pool was built with it containing, among other things, a wave pool, a whirlpool and two water slides. After Pierre & Vacances merged Gran Dorado into Center Parcs, the parks continued under the Center Parcs name from 2003 and the Subtropisch Zwembad was renamed Aqua Mundo. Dutch Wikipedia records that in 2007 the Aqua Mundo was extended with a new-generation rapids run with crossing channels and a new slide, the Turbo Tunnel, and that a decade later a new Water Playhouse opened in the hall.

The operator does not publish a pool total. Its day-visit page for this park enumerates the hall as the Aqua Mundo "met golfslagbad, Turbo Tunnel, glijbanen, wildwaterbaan, stroomversnelling, Kinder-doe-bad, buitenbad én Water Play House" — a wave pool, the Turbo Tunnel, slides, a rapids run, a current channel, a children's activity pool, an outdoor pool and the Water Play House — and its day-swim entry adds a whirlpool and a children's pool. Alongside the water there is an indoor Adventure Factory with mini-golf and a climbing tower, and an inflatable Aqua Park that the operator marks "alleen in de zomer", summer only. The water is the heated freshwater of a subtropical pool hall; the operator claims no thermal or mineral source.

Day access is published by the operator itself: Port Zélande has its own Dagje Uit page carrying day tickets, headed "Port Zélande - Dagje Uit", and its day-swim entry begins "Dagje zwemmen = dagje vakantie!". The pool is therefore not reserved for residents of the park. Opening times are not readable on that page: the Openingstijden section is an empty container filled by script and is marked hidden in the delivered markup, so no hours and no admission prices are quoted here.
